What You’re Stepping Into
The Role
Based in our Hamilton headquarters, you’ll be working across Brisbane and the North Gold Coast, engaging with qualified clients and representing Quantum at a high level in the market.
This is a performance-focused role where you’ll be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing property opportunities that align with your clients’ goals. You’ll be operating within a proven acquisition framework, with established systems in place to support your day-to-day execution.
Rather than managing everything yourself, you’ll be working inside a structured environment with access to internal support, allowing you to stay focused on client outcomes and deal performance.
You’ll also be supported by a team that understands the buyers agent process, giving you the backing required to operate efficiently and consistently.

Strong negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage your pipeline, create opportunities, and maintain momentum. Above all, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and committed to achieving results.
